Private accountability for close friends
Show up. Back it up.
Declare it. Give friends 30 minutes to call your bluff. Prove it live when they do.
This week
One down.
Your next declaration is Gym 2.
“I'm going to train today.”
Easy to say. Better when the group can make you prove it.
One honest loop.
Simple enough to use mid-workout. Tough enough to mean something.
Declare it.
One tap starts your next numbered workout and tells the group immediately.
Call it.
Any friend can request proof before the shared clock runs out.
Prove it.
A live camera selfie settles the bet inside your private group.
Private enough for a sweaty selfie.
Your proof belongs to the group that asked for it.
Read the privacy policyInvite-only groups
Only current members can see declarations and proof.
No public discovery
Workout selfies stay out of profiles, rankings, and public feeds.
Live camera proof
Requested proof comes from the in-app camera, not the library.
Your account stays yours
Leave a group or delete your account and uploaded proof.
Don't promise it. Start it.
No email gate. Make the group, send the invite, and start today.
Fair questions.
The rules are intentionally hard to misunderstand.
When does a workout count?
It counts when the 30-minute window closes without a challenge. If a friend requests proof, it counts after you submit a live selfie.
What if I ignore a proof request?
The workout is marked failed when the shared deadline passes. Everybody in the group sees the same server-backed countdown.
Who can see my selfies?
Only current members of your private group. Proof photos never appear in a public feed and are not used for advertising.
Does HealthKit declare workouts for me?
No. HealthKit can support reminders, but only your action inside ProofLeague starts a proof window. The promise stays intentional.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Start as a guest and create a real private group without an email gate. Guest access stays in the browser where you started it.

Your friends know every excuse already.
That makes them unusually qualified to keep your weekly promise honest.
Choose a weekly target together and hold the same line.
The challenge window is short, shared, and unambiguous.
See who showed up. Skip rankings, calories, and public feeds.
